The product is excellent. My point of improvement suggestion: website/online communication of the house. A brief background: I bought the dress for a special occasion, hence, delivery time was crucial. Initially while proceeding with the buy, I noticed that my size wasn’t available and requested to be notified when it became available again. An email was sent to me notifying the item was back to stock, and I completed the purchase, which triggered a confirmation of the purchase reference and informed I would be notified when shipment would take place. After 8 days, as I did not receive any contact, I reached out customer service (Martina was very efficient) which told me that I bought the item on a pre-order policy, and item was not yet ready to be delivered. The main issue here was not the pre-order policy, was the lack of clarity of the choice. Bottom line, product was delivered a month after the buying, and the experience was a bit stressful. Fabiola.
